118th High School Day Celebration

Foundation. The most awaited and one of the busiest occasion of Ilocos Sur National High School. It is the time to commemorate the "birth" of the school.

There is a great deal of hurried preparations, anticipation, and excitement. Students and teachers alike rush about to make sure that every single thing is thoroughly inspected and prepared. Most especially their practices for the field demonstration. Every grade level think about winning, especially if its going to be their last. But of course we do not forget about enjoying every second of the day, since it is only a one-day event.

March 2 of 2020 happened to be one of those days, one of the biggest event in my high school career.

After the parade, is the awaited battle. An alumni is usually invited as guest and to give an inspirational talk, on how well he had done after leaving his Alma Mater and after finishing his studies.

I, we rather, have prepared ourselves for this very day. We all wanna win and be victorious. Without leaving sportsmanship behind. No hate. Pure joy and happiness.
